Member Registration

• Please register as a member on the registration page.
• After successful registration, a confirmation email and welcome offer will be sent automatically.
• Members earn reward points with every purchase. For every $100 spent, you receive 100 points, which can be redeemed as $1 on your next purchase. You can check your current points balance and details in your account page.

Shopping Process

1. Add your desired products to your wishlist or shopping cart.
2. Click the shopping cart icon to review your selected items.
3. On the shopping cart page, click Checkout. The system will automatically calculate your order total.
4. If you have a coupon, enter the discount code in the “Use Coupon” field. The discount will be applied automatically.
5. The total amount will be displayed on the right. After confirming your order, click Proceed to Checkout.
6. Enter your personal and shipping information.
7. Select your payment method and complete the required details.
8. Click Place Order to confirm.
9. Follow the instructions to complete payment and finalise your purchase.

Shipping Arrangements

• Orders are generally shipped within 2–3 working days* after payment confirmation.
• Delivery is limited to Hong Kong addresses.
• For delivery to Macau or overseas destinations, please contact customer service.
• Enjoy free local delivery for purchases of HK$500 or above.
• For orders below HK$500, shipping fees will be collected upon delivery by SF Express or the designated transport company. Please ensure the recipient address and any necessary remarks are clearly provided when placing your order.
• Actual delivery times depend on the transport provider as well as traffic and weather conditions.
• For medium to large-sized items or school facility orders, separate delivery arrangements may be required. Additional shipping fees will be quoted and charged accordingly.
