Member Registration

• Please register as a member on the member registration page.
• After registration, the system will automatically send a successful registration email and a welcome offer.
• Members can earn points with every purchase. For every $100 spent, you earn 100 points, which can be used as $1 on your next purchase. You can check your current points and details on your account page.

Shopping Process

1. Add the desired products to your wishlist or shopping cart.
2. Click the shopping cart icon to view the product list.
3. On the shopping cart page, click checkout, and the system will automatically calculate all products.
4. If you have a coupon to use, please enter the discount code in the "Use Coupon" field on the shopping cart page, and the system will calculate your discount.
5. The total amount for the order will be displayed on the right. After confirmation, click "Proceed to Checkout."
6. Enter your personal information and shipping details.
7. Select your payment method and fill in the details, then click "Place Order" to confirm.
8. Please follow the instructions to "Complete Payment," select your payment method, and complete the purchase order.

Shipping Arrangements

• Orders are generally shipped within 2-3 working days* after payment.
• Delivery is limited to Hong Kong addresses only.
• For delivery to other regions, Macau, or overseas, please contact our customer service.
• Enjoy free local delivery for purchases of HK$500 or more.
• For orders of HK$499 or less, shipping fees will be paid upon delivery to SF Express or the transport company. Please fill in the recipient address and remarks on the order form.
• The actual delivery time depends on the transport company and current traffic and weather conditions.
• For ordering medium to large-sized items and school facilities, delivery may require separate arrangements, and resulting shipping fees will be quoted and charged additionally.
