• Original packaging, tags, instruction manuals, and all accessories must be intact.
• The item must show no signs of use, damage, or alteration.
• If the returned item does not meet the above conditions upon inspection, we reserve the right to decline the request.

III. Quality Issues or Shipping Errors

• If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact customer service within 48 hours of receipt.
• Please provide clear photos along with your order details for verification.
• Upon confirmation, we will arrange a replacement or refund and bear the associated shipping costs.

IV. Items Not Eligible for Return or Exchange

• Sale or clearance items
• Opened personal hygiene products
• Specially ordered or customised items
• Requests due to personal preference, incorrect style, or size selection

V. Refund Arrangement

• Refunds will be processed via the original payment method.
• Refund processing is generally completed within 7–14 business days after confirmation of the return.
• The actual time required for the refund to appear depends on the bank or payment service provider.

VI. Shipping Fee Arrangement

• If the return or exchange is due to product quality issues or shipping errors, we will bear the shipping costs.
• If the return or exchange is due to personal reasons, the customer will be responsible for the relevant shipping fees.
