Return and Exchange Policy

We are committed to providing customers with high-quality and reliable products. Please read the following policy and application process for returns or exchanges.

I. Application Period

  • Customers must submit a return or exchange request within 7 days of receiving the goods (based on the signing date).
  • Late applications will not be accepted.

II. Return/Exchange Conditions

  • The item must be in new, unused condition.
  • The original packaging, tags, instruction manuals, and all accessories must be intact.
  • The item must not have any human-induced damage or signs of use.
  • If, upon inspection, the item does not meet the return/exchange conditions, the company reserves the right to reject the application.

III. Quality Issues or Shipping Errors

  • If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or does not match your order, please contact customer service within 48 hours of receipt.
  • Please provide clear photos and order details for follow-up.
  • Upon confirmation, the company will arrange for a replacement or refund and bear the relevant shipping costs.

IV. Items Not Eligible for Return/Exchange

  • Sale or clearance items
  • Personal hygiene products that have been opened
  • Specially ordered or customized items
  • Return/exchange requests due to personal preference, incorrect style, or size selection

V. Refund Arrangement

  • Refunds will be issued via the original payment method.
  • The refund process is generally completed within 7 – 14 business days after confirming the return.
  • The actual time for the refund to appear depends on the processing time of the bank or payment platform.

VI. Shipping Fee Arrangement

  • If a return or exchange is due to product quality issues or shipping errors, the company will bear the shipping costs.
  • If a return or exchange is due to the customer's personal reasons, the relevant shipping costs must be borne by the customer.
