Ordering Instructions
- Browse the website and add your desired items to your "Shopping Cart" or "Wishlist."
- Click on the shopping cart icon to confirm the items and quantities.
- On the shopping cart page, click "Checkout." The system will automatically calculate the total amount.
- If you have a discount code, enter it in the "Apply Coupon" field, and the system will automatically apply the discount.
- After confirming the total order amount, click "Proceed to Checkout."
- Fill in your personal information and shipping details. The system will display the shipping fee and the final amount due.
- Select your payment method and fill in the required information, then click "Place Order" to confirm.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the payment process. The payment confirmation method will depend on your chosen payment method.
After successful payment, you will receive an order confirmation email.
New members can enjoy a 10% discount on their first order upon initial registration.
After successful registration, the system will automatically send a registration confirmation email along with details of the welcome offer. Please check the email content and enter the relevant promotional code at checkout to enjoy the discount.
You can check your order status by following these steps:
- Log in to your member account.
- Click on "My Orders" or "Order History."
- Select the order you wish to inquire about.
- Click on the order number to view details.
- The order status will be displayed on the order details page.
If the order has been shipped, you can also view related logistics information on that page (if applicable).
If you need to amend or cancel an order, please contact the Eurekakids Customer Service Team as soon as possible. Once an order is confirmed or processing has begun, it may not be possible to change or cancel it.

Payment Instructions
We accept the following payment methods:

- Faster Payment System (FPS)

Delivery is currently limited to Hong Kong. For deliveries to other regions (including Macau or overseas), please contact our customer service team for arrangements and a quote.
- Enjoy free local delivery for single orders over HKD $500.
- For orders of HKD $499 or less, shipping fees must be paid cash-on-delivery to SF Express or the relevant shipping company. Please select the appropriate shipping method when placing your order.
Actual shipping arrangements and charges are subject to order confirmation and the logistics company.
You can enter a valid discount code in the "Discount Code" field on the shopping cart or checkout page, then click "Apply."
If the system displays "This discount code has been successfully applied" or a similar message, it means the discount has been successfully activated, and the discount amount will be automatically deducted from the order total.
If the discount code cannot be used, please check:
- If the discount code is still valid
- If it meets the minimum spending requirement
- If it applies to the selected items

Delivery Notes
Orders are generally shipped within 2–3 business days after confirmation and payment completion.
- Delivery is currently limited to Hong Kong. For delivery to other regions, please contact customer service.
- Actual delivery time depends on the logistics company's arrangements, as well as traffic and weather conditions on the day.
- Pre-ordered items will be dispatched within 2–3 business days after arrival.
Business days are Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing the tracking number. You can check the latest delivery status via the link provided in the email.
If you have not received this notification, or if you have any questions about your order's delivery, please contact our customer service team for assistance.
After your order has shipped, you can log in to your member account and check the latest delivery status on the "Order Details" page.
At the same time, the logistics company will also send tracking notifications based on the contact information you provided (e.g., email or mobile number), so you can easily check the shipping progress at any time.
