The following situations are not accepted by our company for return or exchange
- After payment, the customer finds that the product he has purchased does not meet his needs.
- Damage to goods caused by human factors
- The product is not in good packaging, or is damaged, destroyed or incomplete
- We are unable to provide exchange service due to color difference. The color of the product image may cause partial color difference due to different shooting lighting environment or personal screen settings. Please refer to the actual product for everything.
- Most of the toys in the store are wooden toys. Contact with excessive water or alcohol will cause the paint to peel and mold to form. They also need to be avoided from exposure to sunlight. If the toy is defective due to the above behavior, no return or exchange will be accepted
Return and Exchange Procedure
1. You must contact Eurekakids Customer Service via WhatsApp within seven days (including the date of receipt) to request an exchange, and attach the order number, reason for exchange and relevant photos. If the customer does not submit a request for exchange within the above time, the relevant product will not be exchanged after seven days.
2. For opened products, if Eurekakids confirms that the damage is caused during the production process or the parts are missing, we can replace the same product or parts or replace the parts.
3. Each order can only be exchanged once
4. If a refund is required, Eurekakids will use the customer’s current payment method as the refund method
5. The shipping costs for purchase and return will not be refunded
6. The above terms are not applicable to areas outside Hong Kong. Please contact customer service for details.
In case of any dispute, Eurekakids reserves the right to make the final decision
