How to place an order?
- Add the products you want to buy to your wish list or shopping cart
- Click on the shopping cart icon to view the products inside
- Click Checkout on the shopping cart page and the system will automatically settle all products
- If you have a coupon to use, please enter the discount code in the “Use Coupon” column on the shopping cart page and the system will calculate the discount for you.
- The total amount of the order will be displayed on the right. After confirmation, click “Proceed to Checkout”
- Enter your personal information and shipping information, the shipping cost will be displayed on the right
- Select the payment method and fill in the information, then click “Place Order” to confirm.
- Please follow the instructions to complete the payment. The payment confirmation method depends on the payment method you choose.
Is there any welcome offer for first time order?
Register as a Traveler member for the first time and enjoy a 10% discount on your first order
After registering with Huixun, the system will automatically send you a successful registration email and welcome offer
How do I check the status of my order?
Here are the steps to check your order status:
- Log in to your account.
- Click “My Orders” or “Order History.”

- Click on the order number to view detailed information.
The order status will be displayed on the order details page.

What payment methods can I use?
We accept the following payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, UnionPay, Alipay, WeChat Pay, and Fast Payment System (FPS).
Do I need to pay for shipping?
- Delivery address is limited to Hong Kong area
- If you need to ship to other regions, Macau or abroad, please contact our customer service
- Free delivery for orders over HK$500
- For orders of HK$499 or below, payment must be made to SF Express or the shipping company on delivery. Please select the delivery method that is convenient for you on the order form.
How do I use a discount code?
You can enter the discount code in the discount code column on the shopping cart page and click “Use discount code” (if it shows “This discount code is now successfully used”, it means it is successfully used)
How long will it take for my order to be delivered?
- After the order is confirmed and paid, it will generally be shipped within 2-3 working days.
- Delivery address is limited to Hong Kong (other areas please contact customer service)
- The actual delivery time is subject to the courier company’s arrangement or the weather and traffic conditions of the day.

How do I track my order?
You can check the current delivery status in the order details, and the transport company will also provide you with tracking methods based on your contact information.

How do I log into my account?
Here are the steps to log into your account:
- Visit our website.
- Click the “Sign In” button.
- Enter your email address and password.
- Click the “Sign In” button.
If you have forgotten your password, please click on the “Forgot your password?” link.
We will send a password reset email to your registered email address. Please click the link in the email to reset your password.

How do I update my account information?
Here are the steps to update your account information:
- Log in to your account.
- Click “My Account” or “Account Settings.”
- Find the information you want to update.
- Enter new information.
- Click the “Save” button.
How do I delete my account?
Deleting your account will permanently delete all your data, including your order history, address book, and payment information.
