- Please register as a member on the member registration page
- After registration, the system will automatically send you a successful registration email and welcome offer
- Members can earn points every time they shop, 1 point for every $100 spent, which can be used as $1 on the next purchase. You can check your existing points and details on your account page
Shopping process
- Add the products you want to buy to your wish list or shopping cart
- Click the shopping cart icon to view the product list
- Click Checkout on the shopping cart page and the system will automatically settle all products
- If you have a coupon to use, please enter the discount code in the “Use Coupon” column on the shopping cart page and the system will calculate the discount for you.
- The total amount of the order will be displayed on the right. After confirmation, click “Proceed to Checkout”
- Enter personal information and shipping information
- Select the payment method and fill in the information, then click “Place Order” to confirm.
- Please follow the instructions to “Complete Payment”, select the payment method and complete the purchase order

Delivery Arrangement
- Orders are usually shipped within 2-3 business days* after payment
- Delivery address is limited to Hong Kong area
- If you need to ship to other regions, Macau or abroad, please contact our customer service
- Free local delivery for purchases over HK$500
- For orders of HK$499 or below, please pay the shipping fee to SF Express or the transportation company. Please fill in the delivery address and remarks on the order form.
- The actual delivery time depends on the transportation company and the traffic and weather arrangements on the day.
- If you order medium or large-sized goods and school facilities, delivery may need to be arranged separately, and the shipping costs will be quoted and charged separately.
